“Very poor quality, utterly shocked at the shoddy state of the blind, lasted less than a fortnight before it frayed and wouldn’t sit in the runner, as such it’s in the bin”

We always appreciate the chance to resolve any issues and would have been more than happy to help had we been made aware. As you ordered a Perfect Fit blind, it’s possible that the fabric may have been inserted into the incorrect channel in the side runner, which can unfortunately lead to fraying and the fabric not sitting properly. This is a fixable issue, and we would really like the opportunity to assist you in getting this sorted. “The order was check when the company received it, they checked everything with me which was great and much needed as I had made an error with the order. We take all feedback very seriously and have reviewed the correspondence thoroughly. We would like to clarify that, as outlined in the terms and conditions accepted at the time of purchase, any amendments made to the product after delivery unfortunately void the warranty. In this case, it appears the product was altered before we were contacted about the issue, which prevented us from being able to troubleshoot or offer a solution directly. We’ve been supplying this blind for many years and have full confidence in its quality, design, and our trusted supplier. While no product is completely immune to occasional faults, we always welcome the opportunity to investigate and resolve any concerns. Regrettably, since the blind was dismantled by your installer prior to any communication with us, we were unable to assess the issue properly or provide assistance.
