“Ordered replacement slats for a large vertical blind were in the house when we moved recently Great selection and easy instructions given on how to measure. They arrived quickly and were easy to fit and look great. They completely transform the room. I'm so impressed I've just place another order.”

“Delighted with the blind/service , the only issue I have is the I should have mentioned that it was being fixed outside the recess, and would require white end brackets instead of the metal ones. You live and learn 🥴”

“Ordered perfect fit blinds. The instructions for measuring were nice and detailed. The ordering was simple and the delivery at the expected time. The blinds themselves were easy to fit, althought the instructions mentioned some fitting card, to ensure the right gap for top and bottom bracket - that wasn't included, but it was easy to make one up. When fitting, I discovered one of the blinds was missing part of a bracket, but a phone call to OrderBlinds, with a supporting email with pictures, resulted in OrderBlinds sending out a replacement very quickly. I will say I am happy with the whole experience, plus the blinds look good!”

“I originally bought a blind from this company around eight years ago and was very happy with it. When it finally broke this year, I ordered what I thought would be the same model again. Unfortunately, the updated version feels noticeably cheaper; the materials are more plasticky, the overall build less sturdy, and the fit isn’t as good as before. To make matters worse, the delivery took far longer than expected.”

Our updated version has the same reliable functionality but with a sleeker, more contemporary design, and all specifications are clearly listed on our website. Regarding delivery, your despatch deadline was the 11th, and we’re pleased to confirm it was sent early on the 10th. Lead times are advertised on our site to reflect current order volumes. “I'm very pleased with my purchase from order blinds and I would definitely order from them again. I needed replacement blinds and I'm so happy I stumbled on their website! They have a free sample service, where they send you a few samples of the blinds to choose, they have a very helpful guide about how to measure your blinds and an excellent delivery system. The blinds came in perfect shape. Overall very happy with their service. The most valuable aspect was the opportunity to get samples and choose exactly the right blinds”

“The blinds are great. The ordering process was easy. They move well although as you’d expect the wider blinds are a little stiffer to operate. We’ve fitted one to a patio sliding door and the frame sits just over the lock latch. We’ve also installed one on an opening window. Thankfully it fits between the window vent and the window handle although it is very snug.”
