Incorrect size and I had paid for measurement insurance.They said they would replace if I paid at my own cost for the return. Decided to remove blind and affix to my previous tube. Blinds are left winding so you have to await their video on U Tube to alter. Fixings are for above the blind only, not the side.Never told this when ordering.Do not use this company, expensive and poor after sales service.They would not refund my insurance even though I had rectified their error.Buyer beware

Hi David, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the service provided. Looking into this further for you, I can see you have been communicating with our Customer Services already via phone and email. From a discussion on the phone once you'd received the order, you confirmed you were attempting to side fix the brackets. As advised, our standard roller brackets are not suitable for this. This is due to the 0.5cm recess reduction we make on the width, and as we make this reduction, you do have to bring the brackets in slightly either side to accommodate this. The reductions had also been clarified in a previous email to you prior to ordering & we do make it clear on our website about the fixing methods. As you had said that you cannot top or face fix as the brackets are intended for, we have offered you the no drill brackets as an alternative solution & waived the cost of this as you had the mismeasurement insurance. This isn't something we would usually do, as the insurance covers replacement blinds only, but wanted to provide the best solution in getting this resolved. We have also followed up with you today to see if you would still want these brackets as a solution. You had also not made us aware of fixing the blind yourself, as we would have advised against this. With it being a made to measure blind, tampering with the blind does unfortunately affect the product warranty & we are not sure what video you are waiting on regarding the blinds unwinding as this is not something you've reported. Regarding the insurance, this is an insurance policy in case of an error with the measurements & is non-refundable. Apologies this is not the outcome expected. All the information including having to return your blind to activate the insurance is included in the Ts & Cs all available to view on the website.

I am very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered another set of blinds to match what I ordered previously. When I called prior to ordering to locate the previous blinds on the website, the agent did not inform me that the policy has changed and they now supply chains on blinds as standard. So, now they sent me blinds that have chains, which I do not want. They can send me parts to modify for another 45% of the cost of the blinds, which is ridiculous. This is a marketing gimmick to make their prices seem competitive but then they charge more. Tried discussing with customer service but they don't seem to care. I will suggest being careful when using this company.

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order and the service you received from the team. We strive to offer the best experience possible, so we will look into this matter to ensure similar issues are dealt with in the correct way. Unfortunately we do sometimes have to make changes to the products we offer for various reasons such as supply issues and since your first order was placed in 2022 the option for chainless bottom weights was removed. We do try our best to make this as clear as possible on the website and so show in both the gallery images and product information that our vertical blinds are now supplied with chained bottom weights. I'm sure you can understand with the amount of orders that are processed through our factory it is impossible for us to know exactly which orders were placed when and so would not have known that your previous order included chainless bottom weights unless this information was included in the special notes area when placing an order. I have spoken to the team and believe that we have offered to send out the chainless weights as we have some left in stock, but the pricing mentioned above of 45% of the cost of the blind sounds incorrect. I have therefore asked one of the team to email you today confirming the cost for this service in case you did wish to proceed in this manner.

Really pleased with my beautiful new blind. It really finished of my new kitchen to perfection. Not too expensive either as it is a bespoke item. Very quick delivery.

We were not pleased that the blackout blind we ordered had holes all along the bottom letting in light where it was stitched making it not blackout.

Order Blinds are a disgrace. The company continually fobs you off and will not accept that the blinds delivered do not operate as intended. The “Blackout Perfect Fit Roller blinds” we ordered fit the window frame perfectly however the blind does not close or stay in position. Customer Services organised the blinds to be picked up and then assembled them in the warehouse. They shared a video as “proof” that the blinds function correctly however the video only shows someone rolling the blinds down and back up without remaining in position. After several emails suggesting that we wanted a refund it was refused and I was told my only option was to have the blinds re-delivered. As testament to the companies customer service approach - ie “hope that you go away” my last correspondence with Order Blinds was May 17th (today is 13th June) and I have not heard anything since, have not received a refund, and they still have the blinds. Unfortunately I did not see the countless terrible Trustpilot reviews, rather I was misled by the website that lists their reviews.io ratings. These look remarkably similar (Aldi copy cat like) to Trustpilot. Reviews.io is not an open platform like Trustpilot - it requires a multi-step process before you are able to leave a review. (Request on Reviews.IO, they then follow up via email or chat, you must then prove you have made a purchase, and then this must be approved by Order Blinds. Which can be a multi-day process.) I have no doubt results in many disgruntled customers giving up before leaving the review. Please head this warning and choose a competitor.

We've reviewed the correspondence on our system regarding your order and can see that the last communication was from my colleague Emily, which was on May 17th replying to your last email, to which we have received no response as yet, and so no further action has been taken. We have also reviewed the video that you have sent, and can see that the blind is stopped at both a lower and upper level, showing that the blind is operating correctly and locking in place where needed. As we have shown, the blind is working as it should, and therefore as it's not a faulty or damaged product and was made to your bespoke measurements, we are unable to offer a refund. As offered by Emily, we will arrange for the team to check over and video the operation of the blinds once more, and send you the footage to review. We will happily return the blinds to you and cover the cost of postage ourselves, as a gesture of goodwill, as previously discussed. We use reviews.io as it is a reputable platform used by many large companies to gather genuine reviews from their customers. We send review requests to all of our customers and offer no incentive for doing so, which we believe ensures that only genuine reviews are posted by verified customers of ours. We are an independent online company and therefore reviews are crucial to our success and taken very seriously, which is why we have chosen this review platform as it ensures that only genuine customers are able to leave feedback. The blind would be really nice but is spoiled by the roll of the blind, which shows the white plastic backing instead of the pattern. It looks terrible against the wall.

Poor service, even poorer quality blinds. It’s concerning the site runs it’s own review sites available only to fake and incentive driven good reviews.

I bought blinds from this company a few years ago and they were the best I had ever bought. I just bought two more and the quality is awful, along with the different fixing that mean the blinds are impossible to fit well in my recess. I complained and sent photos but the company are not interested. They told me that the quality has changed as they have made improvements. They are definitely far inferior. Definitely avoid this company. I shall return to John Lewis where I get good customer service and will be disputing my transaction with barclaycard.

I was sent a blind of a different size to the one I ordered and was told that I couldn’t return it. I was offered 15% discount on a future order but I’d already spent £50 which was entirely wasted as I can’t use it elsewhere.

I’ve had a look at our system and it appears that when ordering the incorrect size type was selected. Unfortunately, as the blind was correctly made to measure to the sizes specified we aren’t able to offer a refund, so my colleague offered a discount on a replacement blind as we understand that it was an error when ordering and has resulted in a disappointing situation. Within a few months the battery stopped recharging which they replaced, but they refused to refund the faulty solar panels. And now the entire blind just snapped and I can’t face having to speak to their customer service ever again :(

Ordered blinds and 7days after no word on my order. Called to enquire and I was told someone would call me back to give an update...2hrs later ilafyer I heard from no one, I called again and was advised that they were out of stock and based on word from the supplier the earliest I could get my order was early September. No communication nothing!!! Who does that???

Blackout blinds had over an inch taken off the fabric width meaning they don't serve their purpose of stopping light entering the room. This isnt clear on their website which says only .5cm would be taken off the dimensions supplied. When I complained they said there is nothing they could do and they wouldn't remake the blinds I won't be using again

Dreadful company. Blind was not fully blackout as described. It did not fit properly despite endlessly checking the measurements and sending several pictures. They accept no responsibility at all and despite a tiresome exchange of emails I am left with a useless blind and £114 out of pocket. Do not use this company.

Terrible after service once bought and you gave a problem. No chance of getting your money back even though I have blonds that don't fit. They concluded it was my fault and failed to break down how they convert your measurements so you have no way of che king. Have reported to trading standards.

Terrible Service. Don’t use this Company. Not even one star! I ordered a purpose made blackout blind on 12June. It was finally delivered on the 1 July but they got it all wrong... Wrong colour (white not grey) and wrong material (translucent not blackout) ... look at my photo! A replacement blind was due to be delivered on 11 July. It didn’t show up.. Today is the 12 July. I have phoned twice to track my order which I was promised was on its way! I have waited in all day again but to no avail. I have just phoned OrderBlinds yet again only to be told the delivery company has taken my blind to their own offices in Leicester and not to my home address in London. It’s 4.30pm on a Friday and I have now been informed the earliest I can expect my blind to be delivered is Tuesday next week! I’ll believe it when I see it.. what a useless Company. I can’t believe they’ve asked for my feedback and I haven’t even received the goods yet!!

We brought these blinds for my little girls room, unfortunately they don’t block the sun out, even thou they are suppose to be black out-blinds. Design is lovely unfortunately don’t do the job they are suppose to

Dear Mrs Shurety, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the blind. Is the light coming through the actual fabric? If so there may be an issue with the fabric used as no light should come through our blackout bace cloth. Unfortunately light coming in around the edges of the blind is not something we have control over, but if it is the coming in through the fabric please let us know and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out.
