“Very polite and helpful telephone service. Blackout blind replacement slats do not block out all the light but certainly cut out a lot which helps with the light mornings of Summer.”

“Ordered two full height electric blinds for our bedrooms which have patio doors...sheer metal fabric with deluxe head...quick service even though order was partly over the Easter holiday...some minor issues with missing parts and one damaged head but these were immediately rectified...quality of the blinds are good and we will order the rest of our blinds to match...good staff interaction and resolution by phone...would recommend this company”

“Samples arrived next day and chosen blinds in a week. Great value and perfect fit. Pleased with quality and fit at such a great price. Highly recommend this company. I had large French Door and bedroom window and both fitted perfectly. So happy I will be ordering another set for a second bedroom window.”

“Very pleased with final blinds but had problems getting my order delivered correctly- mistakes made in manufacture and had to ring for replacement tracks but all resolved and replaced quickly.”

“Great spring loaded blind, fast delivery. Been looking for something for son's bedroom that was safe as its right next to his bed. Also something that hasn't got to much that he can meddle with. This is perfect. One very short pull cord and it can even be brought without that. He can even put the blind up and down himself. Blocks it a lot of light and looks very neat. Want as easy as a conventional blind but with clear instructions it want to bad. Seemed a lot to pay for a blind but worth every penny.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment, we are sad to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your ordering experience. Having checked the details on our system I can see that your order was shipped within our advertised time scales, although on the last day. If an order is sent within our normal lead times we would usually not send updates until the tracking information is provided when the order ships, but I will pass this info on to the Customer Service manager for review to see if a process change may be required.

“The blind arrived after 2 weeks of ordering. Put the blind up following the instructions on YouTube to then realise it had been made wrong and it doesn’t actually fit the window. We are now 6 weeks on and the problem still isn’t resolved.”
