We purchased four roller blinds. On the positive side, the ordering process was simple and the blinds were delivered ahead of time. Installation was straight forward and the blinds fitted well. BUT, unfortunately, the stitching across the bottom of the blind was poor (see photo). When following-up with Order Blinds they explained that what looked like black thread was actually the internal colour of the PVC material. On a dark colour blind it probably wouldn't matter but certainly the combination of a light colour on the PVC material doesn't work. Order Blinds offered to replace the bottom bar with a white aluminium bar which would avoid the visible stitching. But they expected us to pick up the cost of shipping in both directions. Quite unreasonable. We declined their offer and decided to look for an alternative solution.

However, we're sincerely sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the stitching on the blinds. We understand your frustration and apologise for any inconvenience. As already mentioned by email, the appearance of the stitching is due to the product being ordered with a plain bottom finish, which necessitates sewing. That's why we're unable to offer free repairs or replacements for this issue. We're here to help if you need any further assistance.

I ordered a pair of ticking stripe blinds in navy blue. After a delayed delivery due to a printer problem the blinds finally arrived and are the correct size and appear to be good quality. BUT the colour is almost purple rather than navy blue as described and pictured online. In other words the colour mix contains too much red to be described as navy. As a result I cannot use the blinds in the intended location.

We try our best to represent our products accurately on our website, however, due to different light and colour settings between computer monitors, the image may not display the same on every computer. Blind material is good. Well made. The choice of brackets is standard and left a big gap at top of roll. When asked them about other small brackets to make gap smaller they said it shows the gap in pictures .. it’s covered by marketing.but they advised I buy something off them to cover it. I just think they should have smaller brackets and avoid this. The chain pings open every time you open and close. Which feels like a fault the agent said I can send back at my cost. Not worth the money overall the blind is good but the brackets and chain are no good.

Hi Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have had a look over the discussion & I'm very sorry to see that you're unhappy with the product. From one of the previous photos you've sent, the chain connector is too close to the chain mechanism. This should be repositioned, it also looks like the mechanism is upside down explaining why it isn't working properly - you would just need to remove the blind from the brackets and rotate the blind. The clear plastic safety clip can then be attached to the side of the recess to tension the chain. We have advised this via email, as we don't believe the chain is faulty although if it is we will happily replace this for you. In regards to the gap above the blind, we do only have one bracket system for 32mm roller blinds, so with top fixing these, this is always going to be the same and therefore unfortunately is not something we can change or resolve for you. Following further discussions, we have offered to make a cassette for you for free, we have just been waiting on a reply from you if you would like to go ahead with this & if you would have enough room to fit this. If you could please follow our advice in regards to the re-positioning of the chain & hopefully this will get the issue resolved for you.

Blind looks nice and fits but the control cord is on the wrong side. I had no reply to my email to customer services, hence the review.

Made to measure blinds - provided in a metal frame however this did not fully fit due to size of frame which is not documented on the website. Frame was flimsy and edges were rough where they had been cut. Phoned to discuss however told as they were made to measure nothing could be done. I’d suggest greater transparency about fixtures and fitting as this impacts on installation

I purchased 5 sets of blackout blinds for a large bedroom window that fit in rails on the glass so need no tools to fit. The fitting system is ingenious but the results are poor. Whilst light does not get through the fabric it certainly does bleed through everywhere else. I thought I was purchasing the kind of system you have in a caravan where no light gets in but this is far from the case. Sadly I feel I have wasted my £375 and could have spent it more wisely elsewhere. We have plenty of other windows that need blackout blinds so I will find an alternative supplier.

Our perfect fit blinds are not sold as a complete blackout blind, I’m afraid. The perfect fit frame is designed to fit perfectly over the frame of a UPVC window. Although the fabric is complete blackout, this is not a complete blackout blind, as some light will leak around the fabric. For a complete blackout blind, these are sold on our website as a Total Blackout Blind, please see below. The quality of the blind was good, but it had not been checked properly before my order was sent. Half the runners were at right angles to the other half. My husband, who is actually very practical, had trouble twisting them round to face the same way as the other half. They were not easy to turn, unlike other blinds we've had from other companies. He was frightened of snapping the plastic fittings. I did write to the company to complain, but received a stock answer which did not relate to the problem. Not very satisfactory at all!

Blinds arrived in reasonable time, and reasonable quality for the price paid...However upon receipt and assembling, the blinds had both controls in the middle of the window and the slats going in a multitude of directions.. I assumed I had got the order wrong but no...if you want chain less and stacking in the middle you have to have two control bars hanging in the centre of your window!! The ordering option allows this craziness and apparently warns you of this in tiny writing under the "order a sample option". I had to pay for a new header bar (and had to pay for delivery too). The slats issue is addressed in an instruction video. Had samples the blinds in one room in readiness to order for our whole house. I will be going elsewhere.

I order a roller blind, thought I would save myself a couple of pounds by going to them other than blinds to go, I won’t be ordering again from this company, waited over a week and nothing Arrived, had to chase them up and their system told them they were despatched but they hadn’t, another 2 weeks waiting and they finally arrived they are ok the cheap plastic chain doesn’t look good! Wish I had of spent the extra couple of quid and gone to blinds to go with free upgraded chain. Disappointed in service

Cheap plastic spring mechanism that soon broke in use. I replaced it with a decent Louvolite mechanism. Pity as everything else was good.

My review is on spring loaded chain free blinds and is a bit mixed. I am very disappointed as the blinds have come in a lot narrower than expected.there is glass showing each side of the blind when down and one of the three just doesnt fit at all. I would therefore recomend calling the sales line to check as the fabric size is narrower by different amounts with different blinds . After several emails and calls i was informed the blinds were supplied as ordered and nothing could be done but give me a small discount off a reorder. i was told that the info on fabric size is on the website but i did nit find it easy to find. I ordered blinds from a competitor company that whilst still a little narrower fits better The quality of the fabric and the fittings is however good and the delivery time frame was as quoted.

Ordered a Classic Black Total Blackout Roller Blind, gave the correct measurements when fitted the blind goes down to the window sill then creeps up to let light in. Phoned and spoke to someone who said when it's down you lock it into place but you can't. My son is currently putting a towel along the bottom of the blind was going to order another one for a larger bedroom window but really don't want to waste anymore money already £120 down and a blind that let's in light. The first photo is when the blind is first pulled down the second is a minute later.

I previously gave it a high rating because the first blind was perfect. I therefore thought this was a reliable company, but when they sent the second blind, it was the wrong size and, after an interchange of a few weeks in which they strangely sent more and more useless brackets, they have refused to replace it

The colours on the wage page dont look like what you get. Mine ended up being green when pictures look beige. Now waste of money as cant return and not my colour scheme.

The blinds did not match the width ordered and were too narrow by several centimeters. We haven't been able to achieve the blockout effect we were hoping for.

Dear Mrs Levitt, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. I've checked our system and can't see that we have been made aware of the issue with the sizing. When ordering you advised that you would be fitting your blinds within the window recess an - in order for the complete blind to fit in the space we remove 4cm from the width of the fabric to allow for the size of the mechanism. Hopefully this will explain your comment regarding the blind being too narrow, but if not please do get in touch and we will arrange for a replacement to be made. With regards to the blackout effect, the fabric supplied should not allow any light to penetrate through it, however we unfortunately cannot control light that comes in around the edges of the fabric. Took the full 2 weeks to arrive then once installed would not stay shut. I was going to buy another straight away if it worked well but now will look elsewhere i think

Blind turned up frayed and without the solar charger i have paid for, it came with the cheapest option of AC power and a cable hanging out to the floor. not impressed and feeling ripped off

The fabric sample doesn't actually match what's received as the pattern is printed onto the blind. The pattern is re-sized and the colour is different to the fabric sample. What I received was different from what was ordered (controls on a different side). I fed this back and received a pretty blase response. So much emphasis is put on the customer making sure measurements are correct that I would have expected an apology rather than a link to a video explaining how to swap the mechanism around.
