“Communication regarding expected delivery time following placement of the border was not wonderful, I was updated when I made a query , but received nothing to give me any indication prior was received. When advised if delivery, I arranged for someone to be home to take delivery; it didn’t arrive as the courier sent it to the wrong depot. Once the items did arrive, they look great, the quality of the fabric is nice, and they look lovely up, however i didn’t realise how little the day/night blinds dimmed any external light. The chains on the blind were too long, so they can’t be tensioned; this resulted in the blind dropping from open to closed by itself. I was offered a chain connector to remedy the problem which means I have to cut the chain to make it shorter then fix the connector. Over a week later, i still haven’t received them so don’t know if this is effective, and I’m hoping the connector isn’t going to make the blind look cheap.”

“Customer services were very quick in responding and updating about the order. The roller blinds were perfect to the measurements, good quality blackout. The roll up and down smoothly and quietly unlike other blinds I ordered through ebay.”

“Blind turned up frayed and without the solar charger i have paid for, it came with the cheapest option of AC power and a cable hanging out to the floor. not impressed and feeling ripped off”

“I was very pleased with the complete service I received it is not the sort of thing you do very often but I am thinking how can I improve the window decor of other windows, and to have your own picture of a place you love printed on a blind comes very high on my wish /to do list.”

“The fabric sample doesn't actually match what's received as the pattern is printed onto the blind. The pattern is re-sized and the colour is different to the fabric sample. What I received was different from what was ordered (controls on a different side). I fed this back and received a pretty blase response. So much emphasis is put on the customer making sure measurements are correct that I would have expected an apology rather than a link to a video explaining how to swap the mechanism around.”
