“Despite one blind track being damaged on arrival, I was very pleased with the service. The problem was soon sorted & the blinds look great. Would not hesitate to use this company again.”

“Terrible experience with this company. Ordered 2 blinds totalling £160. When the delivery timescale advertised on their website was missed I chased the order. I was told the fabric was out of stock and there would be a delay of 2-3 weeks. After 2-3 weeks I had to chase again only to be told they had discontinued the fabric. Despite taking my £160 no one bothered to contact me to inform me that me order wasn’t being processed despite the delay for almost a month!!! When I complained”

We are very sorry that you experienced these problems with your order. After reviewing the notes on our system I can see that our attempts to contact you via email and voicemail were not picked up/received despite our checking your details, causing the lack of knowledge re the issues with the fabric being out of stock and then discontinued by the manufacturer. Unfortunately we have no control over our supplier's running out of or discontinuing a product, but we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

“Easy website to navigate, made choosing three blinds simple and straightforward. Order Blinds then told me when to expect delivery - and delivered inside the timetable. The quality of blinds and the fittings is very good - although I would have preferred dome headed screws instead of the counter sunk screws supplied. Quality. Value. Service. 5/5 all round.”

“Found Order Blinds Online after visiting a NAtional Trust country house and seeing their sunscreen blinds, eliminating damaging UV rays from the furniture and thought this could be a great addition to my office as it gets so hot in the summer in full sun, plus the UV rays are likely to bleach my office furniture, which is all oak. Simple as pie to measure and choose, ordered without hassle and blinds arrived a couple of days later with clear and simple fitting instructions. Blinds went up immediately and are perfect, and would be cheap at twice the price. Couldn't be happier!”

“Amazing product, totally blacks out the room (except a very small mm gap at one end where the window sill is not level). As a competent DIY-er, I optimistically thought that installing would be a breeze, given that the videos and instructions looked straightforward enough when I perused them at length before starting. Sadly I was wrong. I had already left roughly 3 times the amount of time I thought the task would take, as per the first rule of DIY, sadly the task actually took several hours of faffing about. The first issue was trying to get the top rail to sit on the mounts long enough without falling off so that I could put in the retaining screws. Luckily the damage to the paintwork each time it fell off is completely covered by the side rails now the whole thing is up. The bruising to my arm healed up fairly quickly too. That top rail bit finally complete, it became obvious that the instructions were not clear about which set of screws went at the top and which at the bottom. A quick call to the help line and I was in the know. However my heart sank as sadly this meant I had to take out the screws at the top once more and go through the whole paint damaging/arm injuring routine again to re-do it with the other screws. The side pieces were slightly easier, but as they are cut exactly to size, its a tight squeeze to wedge them in. It is also not clear from the instructions exactly how the top bit of the side arms fits into the top rail. I did finally manage to achieve the aim and am pleased with the results, but my suggestion is that you get someone to help you or risk damage and self-injury by the rail falling down as you try to mount it.”

“Pros: Nice blinds, good quality, cassette concealing the mechanism looks great. Bought for flexibility between privacy and blackout options for bedrooms, both blinds are fab. Went for bar option at the bottom and it looks good. Cons: Cassette not easy to fit, more luck than design that they clicked into place! Once controls are screwed in, the controls are very loud when used to adjust blind height - the two controls for the different blinds rub against each other.”
