“Great company to order from with a good range of flavours and products that are not over priced ....delivery is usually quick unless royal mail are on strike but orders always gets to my address so very satisfied indeed”

“For some reason, I find that 1 of the refils do not work. I've sent 6 refils back and I appreciated a 5 pack replacement. However, the same thing keeps happening and I have amassed another nine refils that don't work. I didn't have that problem with the nicotine ones. Only the zero nicotine. Otherwise I do prefer OK Vape, to other products.”

“Orders take five days plus to arrive with or without postal strike. Advertised 25 cigarettes equivalent absolutely not even 15. Two pods used daily.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We're really sorry to hear your orders were taking longer to arrive. Our average delivery time was 1-3 days, but these are not guaranteed and they were majorly affected during the strikes. The cigalike equivalent of 25 cigarettes is more of an estimate and varies based on how people use them to vape. Some people also vape differently to how they would smoke which will also vary the amount; as we have discussed this through email I believe. Best wishes, Amber @ OK Vape
