Delivery service was quick but the free pack of tips were not delivered. When I raised this with your customer service dept at 14.44 hours on 22/4/26, the man insisted that the free tips were not selected on the order. This despite the basket icon having indicated that there were 17 items in the basket - the 15 multibuy tips, the K2 battery and what I took to be the free pack. Additionally the pick receipt also detailed three items, which the assistant disputed, saying the item which looked to be the free pack was merely an instruction to the picker that the order was a multibuy. Not happy but lesson learned.

Overall the service when ordering replacement carriages is good. However on one occasion my order was shipped to the wrong destination and it took over a week to get it redirected. Also unfortunately over the years I've found that the quality of the battery seems to have decreased. Where a battery with normal use would last a full day now they die within a few hours. Ive had replacement batteries but with the same result. Im feeling its time to charge to another company. Shame because I used to like the ok vape.

Hi Gill, We're sorry to hear you've experienced an issue with ordering online. We do have a postage restriction in placed, in which we must send batteries with the items that they power. This is a courier restriction and is unfortunately not something we can control. The restriction is 3 batteries per 1 packet of refills. My electric refill has been charged but not working properly, it only lasts 5/10 mins then starts flashing as if needs to be charged again, rest of order is fine.

One of the batteries had a charge in it to start, as usual, but it did not last long. When I recharged it, it lasted much less time than usual. When I recharged it again, it lasted even less time. When I next recharged it, it again lasted much less time. I only got to recharge it 3 times before it was useless and I had to dispose of it, so I was not happy with that.

Although I do enjoy the OK vapes, I’m finding that they don’t last as long now. I did comment on this a while ago, but was advised by you to clean out the battery with a brush. I’ve tried this since but I’m still getting the same result. One packet from the 5 I bought, lasted 1 day when it’s normally 2/3 days, so it’s very disappointing. I love them my only issue is they dont last long ie i have loads that will no longer charge and they are only a few months old. I emailed ok vape and advice was clean with cotton bud and try other chargers wich i did but did not make any diffrance. So i now have loads of unworking batteries.

I normally order from another retailer , but thought I would give you guys ago . I found that your delivery took far longer than the other retailer, I was begining to think that I wasn't getting my order , as other retailers arrives in a couple of days

Order and delivery is ok. The refills don’t last as long know by about a third, it is noticeable

The menthol pods are fantastic and have helped be stay off the cigarettes for over a year now. Unfortunately they have changed from 3 packs down to 2, so you get less for your money. Pods also leak into your mouth sometimes which is very unpleasant. Still the only vape that feels close to smoking a cig

Find im not getting many puffs from every second refill seems as if not the right amount of liquid in refills

I like the product that's why I buy it. The problem I have is opening the blinking thing, it is so hard to get the top off, I end up using a knife in several places to get under the cap to flip it off then cutting the seal . That's the only way I get to use the product.

At times some of the packets of pods seem like dupes. They barely let anything out when u pull on them and what they do let out would cut the back of your throat and make you cough badly. I have had to dispose of these packets. . I have had at least 5 packets like this . I am seriously considering changing from this brand.

I have been using OK Vape for many years, but have found that the battery have got more unreliable over resent months and I'm having to order a lot more batteries to see me through my order. I order a multi pack. Is there anything you can do to improve the reliability and life span of the batteries.

The refills I bought this time did not taste the same as 10 motives they had a slight chemical aftertaste which I found disappointing.
