Find im not getting many puffs from every second refill seems as if not the right amount of liquid in refills

I like the product that's why I buy it. The problem I have is opening the blinking thing, it is so hard to get the top off, I end up using a knife in several places to get under the cap to flip it off then cutting the seal . That's the only way I get to use the product.

At times some of the packets of pods seem like dupes. They barely let anything out when u pull on them and what they do let out would cut the back of your throat and make you cough badly. I have had to dispose of these packets. . I have had at least 5 packets like this . I am seriously considering changing from this brand.

I have been using OK Vape for many years, but have found that the battery have got more unreliable over resent months and I'm having to order a lot more batteries to see me through my order. I order a multi pack. Is there anything you can do to improve the reliability and life span of the batteries.

The refills I bought this time did not taste the same as 10 motives they had a slight chemical aftertaste which I found disappointing.

Been using OK E- cigs for years, deliver after ordering is really good but the actual product is getting very bad, a lot don't work and the taste sometimes is awful.

I'm perfectly happy with the vape so far,but the Blackberry Jam liquid I'm using to start with has a distinctly plasticky aftertaste! 🤢

Hi I've had no trouble before this time I brought 4 starter kits and 2 boxes the filters (4) lasted about 10 puffs the other 2 started kits were fine

Love the little vale refill case! Vape and charger turned up very quickly 👍 But the menthol refills taste vile! Sorry but won’t be ordering them from you again I will go back to ordering the refills from 10 motives direct Such a shame

On line orders do not always work. Site takes all details then asks repeatedly for sane info. Easier to order over phone

Next day delivery Royal Mail 24 is not guaranteed and the quality has slipped, my last order contained a high number of pods which stopped working even though there was liquid in them. p.s.Hold them up to the light and it is possible to see the fluid in the pod.

The vapes are good and meet my requirements. My main problem is the battery they unfortunately seem to stop working after 1 use & cannot be reordered without having to order the actual vapes.

I always buy menthol pods, and they often taste like strawberry or blueberries. And it even happen to have faulty pods. I'm not happy with these things...

Ordered two new white batteries as received ones weren’t working, was advised to clean out with a dry cloth & should work, still not waiting replacement
