The vape is loud and produces too much smoke for small tokes. Also pops very loudly with every toke.

To get less vapour, it may be worth trying a different strength coil such as the 1.2 ohm as this produces less vapour. We hope this resolves the issue for you! Since they put priced up and stopped the rewards system, you can get the ok e cigs cheaper, without the need to buy in bulk

You need to review your quality control processes. I have bee buying OK vapes for more than 6 years, the last batch of 15 x high strength refills contained

Disgusted that you have changed the packaging down to two vape instead of three simply so you could charge more for the same quantity.

Standards have dropped with OK Vape over the last few years. The batteries to the electric cigarettes do not last as long as they used to and you cannot replace them except by paying an overpriced fee directly online to OK Vape. OK vape have stopped their loyalty scheme and it's now cheaper to buy refills in ASDA than online. I am currently searching for a better E- cig company to work with.

I was very happy when you had the kudos points, I felt valued as a customer. There are never any offers or incentives to stay a loyal customer. Profit over customers is not a good look.

I never received my first order then never received my second either although it was complementary but i then had to pay for the second order with a discount rather had my money back

Ordered 3 batteries and all 3 didn't work. Asked for replacements and only 1 is still working after 1 week and the other 2 - one stopped after a week and the other didn't work at all!
