I have never experienced problems in receiving e cig batteries before. This time I was restricted to two!! Very disappointed

I have noticed over time that the batteries drain very quickly, which makes it hard to draw from.. Deffo nothing like they use to be..

Used to enjoy before they changed the packs from 3 to 2. more expensive in total than the usual three packs shame to see this company fall into the same money making appeal I really liked them. Will have to look elsewhere for better value in the future.

Iv bought from OK Vape about ten times and always been great ..but this time my order came and it was incorrect .I’d ordered one starter pack and two large e cig batteries ..only one battery came .It was only £4.50 I lost but it was more the principle.I doubt I will use OK Vape again I’m sorry

Just recently I’ve had a few cartilage’s that do not hold their charge and one box of refills that didn’t work/pop I’ve been buying these ecigs for a long while and have never had any issues until recently!

Wouldn’t recommend this vape. You have to stuck really hard to get anything. Think it’s faulty or the two cartridges that were included were already used. Bought a fresh 5 cartridge box, tried another same problem, repeatedly needing to charge. In the week I’ve been using I’m charging 10 times a day on a 5v charging amp socket. Nothing like a cigarette and I was smoking 20 a day, I only bought because I trying to quit and after reading so called “reviews”. I will give it another 4 days, but I will probably end up buying cigarettes until I can find a decent vape that more suitable for people trying to quit cigarettes. Really disappointed ☹️

I bought 5x zero menthol refills and found 2 of the 5 did not work. Very disappointed as not had any troubles before

My experience with OK Vape has been very poor. The following has been my experience: Order Date: 11th March'25 1. The discount code for signing up for the newsletter/ marketing updates couldn't be applied while check out - got charged the full amount. (Upon mailing the customer support team - got a prompt response) Received product: 14th March'25 2. Received a wrong vape kit (mailed back) 17th March'25 3. Customer service responds to my complaint about receiving wrong kit 21st March'25 4. Receive another wrong vape kit instead of my actual vape kit. Today is 24th March'25 - I still don't have what i ordered. I don't know how come an online store mistakenly send wrong orders at two consecutive instances. The only reason i am giving two stars instead of one is because Ashley from Customer Service has been really supportive on this journey. However, my review is based on the overall experience. Something needs to be done about my order. :( Hope the greater team reaches out to me to provide me a solution.

The ordering was fine but I’ve yet to receive it. Should stop using Royal Mail I think it’s postable through the letter box but it’s still it here nearly 2 weeks after ordering

These have changed over the last few years they no longer hold a charge and run out so quickly so I'm using more filters. I'll be looking for a new vaping company

Hi Colin, Due to the manufacturing process, there can sometimes be a very thin, clear piece of film covering the contacts where the refill sits in the battery. We recommend wiping this out with a cotton bud or tissue as this can affect the battery performance. If you still experience issues with this product, please do let me know! My regular vendor has changed recipe of my ‘go to’ vape and added a weird yellow colour that makes me cough, so looking around for a new vendor. All the tobacco flavours I tried were like this from ok cape. I’m stuck with the clear ones I guess - & will have to vape aniseed or give up. I liked liquorice with tobacco previously (for years) but can’t seem to even mix two flavours to produce it. If anyone has any ideas or if these kind of flavours without the yellow, I’d be grateful to know. OK vale seem to be spamming me after one purchase too.
