Good service overall but you do not supply 2 pods with vape nor do you have any pods for this model in stock.

My experience with OK Vape has been very poor. The following has been my experience: Order Date: 11th March'25 1. The discount code for signing up for the newsletter/ marketing updates couldn't be applied while check out - got charged the full amount. (Upon mailing the customer support team - got a prompt response) Received product: 14th March'25 2. Received a wrong vape kit (mailed back) 17th March'25 3. Customer service responds to my complaint about receiving wrong kit 21st March'25 4. Receive another wrong vape kit instead of my actual vape kit. Today is 24th March'25 - I still don't have what i ordered. I don't know how come an online store mistakenly send wrong orders at two consecutive instances. The only reason i am giving two stars instead of one is because Ashley from Customer Service has been really supportive on this journey. However, my review is based on the overall experience. Something needs to be done about my order. :( Hope the greater team reaches out to me to provide me a solution.

The ordering was fine but I’ve yet to receive it. Should stop using Royal Mail I think it’s postable through the letter box but it’s still it here nearly 2 weeks after ordering

I waited in on the day of the delivery but it didn't arrive until the next day, probably down to the P O even though it was on the tracker system.

Arrived very quickly. Worked well a few times. Unfortunately it has stopped working although fully charged, very disappointed

These have changed over the last few years they no longer hold a charge and run out so quickly so I'm using more filters. I'll be looking for a new vaping company

Why are my recent batteries taking hours to charge instead of 20 or 30 mins.colun

Hi Colin, Due to the manufacturing process, there can sometimes be a very thin, clear piece of film covering the contacts where the refill sits in the battery. We recommend wiping this out with a cotton bud or tissue as this can affect the battery performance. If you still experience issues with this product, please do let me know! My regular vendor has changed recipe of my ‘go to’ vape and added a weird yellow colour that makes me cough, so looking around for a new vendor. All the tobacco flavours I tried were like this from ok cape. I’m stuck with the clear ones I guess - & will have to vape aniseed or give up. I liked liquorice with tobacco previously (for years) but can’t seem to even mix two flavours to produce it. If anyone has any ideas or if these kind of flavours without the yellow, I’d be grateful to know. OK vale seem to be spamming me after one purchase too.

Your replacement batteries for Ten Motives do not hold their charge - or are showing as fully charged when they are as flat as a pancake - extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Bought cigalike kit and 2 packs of refills- menthol &tobacco. Complete waste of money. No puff, no flavour.

The last few orders I've had have not been good. One pack used to last 5 days, I'm lucky if it lasts 3 days now and no I'm not using them more often, but now it's becoming expensive

I really love that you guys are keeping these alive after other brands are ditching them. Well priced, and delivered in good time. However the flavor of the medium menthol refills I tried I found awful. Compared to the 10 Motives (usual brand) they taste like dried citrus peel, and something rotten. Almost no menthol flavor at all. Not sure if I got a bad batch, or if the flavor is a work in progress but a shame for me. I hope they improve, and will keep you guys in mind, but can't use them if the flavor stays like that.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery, didn't arrive, by lunchtime 2 days later they still hadn't arrived and as we were going on holiday couldn't wait any longer so had to delay delivery for a week..
