“Order form is a bit confusing when trying to add free offers”

“Ordering and delivery always good. However, the plastic wrapping on the individual refills is always difficult to remove unless I use a pair of scissors, which I dont always have available when out and about. Maybe there is an easy method and if there is I would love to know about it.”

“I am always pleased with quick delivery. However I did order and pay from r a battery with my last order which I didn’t receive. I was also told I would receive a free battery but I didn’t receive that either”

“Ok vape is my favourite but I keep asking if they bad make a 10 or lower nicotine but havnt got back to me about it yet. I only buy mint cream because I love it, the device is smooth on the lips and just the right size. Please lower the nicotine to 10 🙏”

“Once again. let down by Royal Mail, my package was sitting in their Exeter depot for over 24 hours even though I had opted for the track24 delivery scheme OK vape to their credit refunded the postage”

“A good alternative to 10 Motives, sadly however there are only 4 in each pack instead of 5. Basically making the 4 more expensive.”

We offer our Cigalike Refills which is our flavour profile and these are sold as 5 individual refills per pack. We also offer our 10 Motives Flavour range, which have been created alongside 10 Motives customers to match the flavour of the original 10 Motives brand as much as possible and these are sold as 4 individual refills per pack.
