“I have had issues in the past with damaged filters but this was resolved quickly. My last order was received on time with no issues yet”

“Have always had great service from OK Vape. Really like the Pods. However, I’ve only given 3 stars because every time I go in to purchase more, it really rips my knitting that they pretend they’re giving you a bargain by dropping the price by £1, when in fact, they’ve gone from selling packs of 3 to packs of 2 and only taken £1 off the price of the 3 pack. So a star off for that. The other star off is for the ridiculous amount of packaging when you’re buying multiple packs at a time. I realise they have to cater for folk who just buy a couple of packs at a time, but surely they could come up with larger packs for folk who bulk buy. Those two things aside, they’re great”

“Service was good, but I don't see why I have to keep buying a starter pack every time I order batteries as you can't get them on the high street”

“Great delivery time. Disappointed with the king size battery, doesn’t last very long after charging. Also the smaller batteries show as being charged (no light) and there is no draw on them. Disappointed with this latest order.”

“Ordering and delivery first class. I did think I’ve had a couple of menthol cartridges were very weak. Very hard to purchase in the shops that stock them never sell the spare batteries or know where they are on the tobacco counter where they are situated.”

“As an OK Pod user, I like the design, convenience and flavours but the cost is getting prohibitive. The downsizing of refill packs from 3 to 2 - for the same price since I last purchased! - has made me consider switching. Also a little concerned about the environmental impact of their disposability and excessive packaging.”

“Very few problems other than new batteries do not last very long. Bought 4 recently they don't seem to be as good as old one's for some reason Been buying from you for year's but definitly a difference in batteries”
