“Once again. let down by Royal Mail, my package was sitting in their Exeter depot for over 24 hours even though I had opted for the track24 delivery scheme OK vape to their credit refunded the postage”

“A good alternative to 10 Motives, sadly however there are only 4 in each pack instead of 5. Basically making the 4 more expensive.”

We offer our Cigalike Refills which is our flavour profile and these are sold as 5 individual refills per pack. We also offer our 10 Motives Flavour range, which have been created alongside 10 Motives customers to match the flavour of the original 10 Motives brand as much as possible and these are sold as 4 individual refills per pack. “Great people to deal with but I have one complaint the batteries are not lasting as long as they were when I first purchased them”

Hi Janet, Many thanks for taking the time to leave us your review and we're glad to hear you're pleased with our service! We recommend to regularly clean our Cigalike batteries prior to charging. All you'll need is a dry paper towel/cloth. Twist it deep down into the thread of the battery and keep twisting it around to remove any debris & oils. “I would highly recommend these products. Pretty good all round, although quality and lifetime of batteries doesn't appear as good as it used to be, but that could just be me! However, when I have had any problems (which is rarely) they have been promptly and efficiently dealt with by very pleasant staff members.”

“The staff are very friendly and efficient. I find it difficult to buy on line. It is not clear what to do. Tracking could be easier to follow, and delivery instructions, easier to give, but overall I find OK Vape a very good company.”

“Bought a few times now instead of motive 10. Taste taking a bit of getting used to as different from motive 10. Last few pack I thought had been sent wrong ones but it was the paper round the tips were all covering the part that connects to battery so ok. Prices all great. A couple of my batteries didn't last long. But can't complain. I find great alternative to stopping smoking 👍👍”
