Hi Bradley, I'm sorry to hear that your order is taking longer to arrive than expected. Unfortunately, we are reliant on external postal services and the ongoing Royal Mail strikes and larger volumes of mail over the Black Friday weekend have caused disruptions to their services. “The only thing I can say about ok Vape is that there tips are very good but the cigarette not so good as last 2 I’ve bought would not screw on to cigarette could send them back if I new how”
