“So good, I've now gone direct to OkVAPE for all my cigalikes...batteries (will order soon), cartridges and starter kits(!??)...Can't thank you guys enough for my full pack of Low strength cartridges when I'd one cartridge only at home that would not ignite from a pack bought from another company - they never assisted at all!...very happy regular customer now with OKVAPE direct. Extremely polite, understanding and courteous staff. Recommend 100%+++++”

“I am always pleased with quick delivery. However I did order and pay from r a battery with my last order which I didn’t receive. I was also told I would receive a free battery but I didn’t receive that either”
