“I've been purchasing my refills from OK Vape for approximately 1 year if not longer. I buy once a week on multi buy packs. The ordering online is great , I get an order received email followed by a prompt my order is on its way. It usually takes 2/3 days. Excellent service. Highly recommend OK Vape.”

“Once again. let down by Royal Mail, my package was sitting in their Exeter depot for over 24 hours even though I had opted for the track24 delivery scheme OK vape to their credit refunded the postage”

Our Standard Free Delivery usually arrives within 2-3 working days as an estimate from the posting date. As your order was placed on Sunday, your order would have been dispatched on the next available working day which was Monday 24th. I can see from the tracking that Royal Mail's aim for your delivery is today (27/11/25) and this is within the delivery timeframe.
