“The service for delivery is fast which is good. The Menthol flavour refills are okay but the tobacco flavour refills are absolutely disgusting and they give me chest pains. Please make some nice flavours. Thanks!”

“Been buying on vape products for around 5 years . Have always had fast delivery for free, and no issues with the products themselves. I tried to order for next day delivery, and paid 3.75 for dpd next day. Unfortunately I didn’t realise that there is a cut off time of orders before 2pm to ensure next day. So I wasted the 3.75 and could have had free delivery .”

“Your advertisement says if you order before 10am on Saturday I would receive it that day.i had to wait till Monday. Please just tell the truth.”

Hi Rosemarie, I'm afraid we don't offer any same-day delivery options. I think you are referring to our same-day dispatch message; this means we will dispatch any orders received before 10am on Saturday the same day, then your order will be with you on or around the expected delivery date shown at checkout. This is the next working day for our next-day services, or usually within 1-3 working days for our free standard delivery option. “OK E-Cigs is superb. Easy to order and no charge for delivery. Order arrives quickly. I've used it for years. I have no complaints except one small one. I ordered a normal sized E-Cig battery on my order before the last one, and it doesn't charge up. It was only £1.50 but I was disappointed and I don't know how to return it and get one that works. Apart from this, everything is brilliant. Thank you”
