We are reliant on external postal services to deliver orders on time, unfortunately due to the higher volumes of mail due to the Royal Mail Industrial Action and the festive period, there was significant disruption in their services. “I can’t really give a good review as my order that was placed in December has still not arrived. Yes there have been postal strikes but there has been deliveries of other stuff from DPD and the Royal Mail to other members of my family since, so at the moment my review is not positive. My order number is 808095 in case anyone at Ok Vape wants to respond”

“Paid for 24 hours Royal Mail shipping and waited 5 days for delivery Should not advertise if it can not be achieved”

I can see the order was placed after our despatch cut-off time, 23rd December which was after the last posting date before Christmas.
