Hi Gill, We're sorry to hear you've experienced an issue with ordering online. We do have a postage restriction in placed, in which we must send batteries with the items that they power. This is a courier restriction and is unfortunately not something we can control. The restriction is 3 batteries per 1 packet of refills. “I've been using OK Vape about monthly for several years, and have always found them excellent. Prompt despatch, decent packing, useful email updates. On the one occasion a couple of years ago that they were snowed in and unable to despatch, they communicated this promptly, clearly, and with up-to-date information on when I could expect receipt of my order.
