“Experience was generally good - quick delivery but I wrote to say I would have preferred plain packaging as there are youngsters in the house - I will now email my preference in advance of future orders”

“I received my order very quickly, unfortunately 2 of the vape batteries for 10 motives were not working, i quickly sent an email, new batteries were sent straight away at no extra cost. Brilliant service thankyou”

“Love the little vale refill case! Vape and charger turned up very quickly 👍 But the menthol refills taste vile! Sorry but won’t be ordering them from you again I will go back to ordering the refills from 10 motives direct Such a shame”

We've recently introduced a new line of 10 Motives Flavour refills which aim to match as much as possible to the original flavour profile. These are compatible with our batteries and accessories.
