“I would highly recommend these products. Pretty good all round, although quality and lifetime of batteries doesn't appear as good as it used to be, but that could just be me! However, when I have had any problems (which is rarely) they have been promptly and efficiently dealt with by very pleasant staff members.”

“No problems. Always polite staff. As for the product, on occasion the refills seem not quite up to standard and the notion that each refill is equivalent to approx 20 cigarettes is laughable. But they’re imported from China right. Shame they’re not made in the Great UK. That’s all.”
