“Service was good, but I don't see why I have to keep buying a starter pack every time I order batteries as you can't get them on the high street”

“Easy to order, arrives in a few days of ordering 👍 I tried the menthol moments which are a lot better than the ok menthol , I find them more menthol of a menthol hit so more satisfying, I only wish they sold them in stores.”

“While their website is slow, the products are exactly as described. Both the liquids and the E cigarettes. When ordered online the postal delivery is very fast and the Service if you need to ring the company is always excellent and very helpful.”

“Overall the service when ordering replacement carriages is good. However on one occasion my order was shipped to the wrong destination and it took over a week to get it redirected. Also unfortunately over the years I've found that the quality of the battery seems to have decreased. Where a battery with normal use would last a full day now they die within a few hours. Ive had replacement batteries but with the same result. Im feeling its time to charge to another company. Shame because I used to like the ok vape.”
