“I found the offers in the Daily Telegraph Travel section. I was looking for a short-notice break and one listed was ideal for me. I followed the online link and found it very easy to check the details of the offer and to complete the booking. Everything went smoothly and a confirmation email arrived quickly with all of the necessary details.”

“Booked a hotel by calling and speaking to your staff member. I have a voucher and so looked on your website for research purposes. Paula was very helpful as I find I prefer a human being to discuss any little questions not covered on the website.”

“Not used this company before but was recommended by a Hotel we wished to book for an anniversary break. Telephoned to check their credentials ( as there are so many scams around) and received excellent customer service. Very pleasant, helpful lady , polite and courteous. Excellent deal . Very pleased and will use again. Thank you.”

“Really too premature to write a review, but the review request has landed already. Only yesterday, I booked a stay away in the middle of August - so still 10 weeks or so away from now - and today I have received a request to leave a review. All I can say is the hotel looks lovely on the website and the booking was simple to place. We have stayed via OPL in the past and everything went well so we hope for the same again. I also note that the questions in the review template are absurd and really relate to a physical product rather than an activity. Anyway, given that really not much has been done so far in relation to this booking, I cannot give OPL a higher than 3-star rating, even if the end experience turns out to be 5-star. What an odd system to request premature reviews and drive the rating down!”
