“The website was good, enabling views of different hotels, the rates and what was included. It was very easy to use and navigate round. I recieved an email advising I had made a request, the following day I recieved confirmation. The information provided gave me all the details I needed and also a printable page that was for a reciepient as a gift.”

“I am partially disabled, and needed to know of hotel rooms without stairs. The offpeak team found some for me, and their suggestions were excellent and speedy. I canni recommend them too highly (Professor) Keith Ward, Oxford”

“Whilst I had alternative choices for my booking, on this occasion I chose offpeak luxury for the first time because the details of what I was choosing were clesarly, concisely and fully laid out. Of course, the proof of the pudding etc. etc... so we wait to appreciate, with some anticipation, the quality of the company's reputation reflected in the services we receive at our 5 night destination and stay.”

“Priced a 2 night stay on DBB rate on Offpeakluxury then went to the hotel website thinking it would be cheaper. The best brate I could find direct was £150 more expensive.”

“This review is not on your website but the Skipton Hotel we booked through you in a so called executive double room. This hotel is very tired and please read my Tripadvisor review for more details as we were very dissatisfied and disappointed in the standard and price paid. This room was terrible and as per the photo's and service provided was not value for money. We booked a two night Groupon deal the two days prior which was much the same. Blown windows all over the hotel not that clean you had to ask reception for a bath mat how bizarre the list goes on. Now while you think I am a " Victor Meldrew" lol please read my reviews on Tripadvisor under Bobster777 and you will see I give 5star reviews when deserved. You may want to think of removing this Skipton hotel off your break deals as we deffo wouldn't recommend👎”
