“Booking fairly simple. Did not confirm immediately, but got confirmation within the 24 hours promised. Hotel does not have the dining time we asked for so will have to phone to ask about this.”

“Really efficient service. I called the company as had a couple of specific requests for my stay. Both Sofya and Victoria who I spoke to were friendly, knowledgable and made the whole process really simple. They contact the hotel on my behalf and confirmed my queries within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend and use OffPeakLuxury again.”

“Some great offers which even booking direct through the hotels cannot match. Easy to use website and instant confirmation. Have used a couple of times now and will do so again. A good choice of venues throughout the country.”

“I have used Off Peak Luxury for mini breaks in the uk on several occasions , the hotels are always very pleasant and the descriptions on the website is entirely accurate...it's also nice these days to be able to have a helpful person on the other end of the phone.”

“The whole process of booking was very easy. Lots of good information on hotels and their special offers. I had a question to ask as I was completing the booking online and used the 0845 number to get this answered. The lady who answered was most helpful and was actually able to complete the booking for me from the details that I had entered. A confirmation email was received almost immediately and the hotel also confirmed very quickly. Overall a great way to book a holiday!”

“I think my first booking with Offpeak must have been dealt with by a relatively new lady as the process seemed to take an inordinately extended period. Having said this, everyone on this and subsequent telephone conversations were very courteous and helpful. I am suitably impressed.”
