“We find the customer service staff very helpful and efficient. We have made a few bookings in recent times and have generally been pleased with the packages we have received. Our only quibble is that we rarely pay the advertised price as when our booking is processed the hotels tend to require more money for the room type we specify, especially when requesting accessible facilities.”

“I found the website easily after a recommendation from a family member. Communication was good ,especially after I realised we had not recieved 25% discount on our first booking. This was quickly sorted by email.”
