“Easy to use website except for special requests ie need for disabled facilities when you need to use the telephone confirmation email mot received within 3 days.had to phone for it to be sent.”

“Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. Staff are fantastic and friendly. Food was delicious. We got a room upgrade and the bed was so comfy. The pool and spa area could do with updating but it did the job. We will be back to this hotel.”

“A perfect relaxing break in the middle of a dull February. Everything was really good from the service to the rooms. Whilst dinner was ok …. the main course could have been much better. The Beef pie was very salty and the Fish pie was very very dry - disappointing. That said the pudding was delicious. The scones with afternoon tea were fresh and yummy.”

“Hopefully have booked a wonderful break for late May. Unfortunately I had to phone Off Peak Luxury to complete my booking as the website did not make it clear if my booking incuded an evening meal. Paula was excellent and a great help in completing my booking.”
