“I called the office searching for any hotels that were close to where we needed to stay and the staff were extremely helpful. They spent lots of time with us until we were satisfied. We booked the hotel but a day later off peak called to tell us the hotel was completely booked. Again they spent lots of time trying to help with a new fit. The succeeded and were extremely helpful in all their efforts. It was a pleasure talking with them.”

“I booked a luxury Gourmet weekend break for my wife and I. The Hotel/Spa is lovely, the Off Peak Luxury website was very easy to navigate, and the price was right. I contacted the venue to see if I could get a better price and they told me they couldn’t match it as they didn’t package breaks like Off Peak Luxury does. They also said many of theirs guests come to them via OFF Peak Luxury and they have a great working relationship with them, which was good to hear.”
