“The luxury break voucher was a gift for my partner. Because of the pandemic, there were major delays in trying to book and the Offpeakluxury team were extremely helpful in securing the hotel booking for us. The phone and email service was responsive, prompt and efficient. I would have no reservations about using Offpeakluxury again.”

“So very disappointed. Gifted for my 60th a weekend spa at The Greenway hotel in May this year. Despite numerous attempts I am informed that they are trying to get a new contract with the hotel completed soon as possible. Fast forward weeks of waiting I decided to stay at Retreat at Elcot Park. Received another email to explain they too were not accepting bookings. So, on the 28th September I emailed Paula to express my dissatisfaction and ask about The Mallory Court Hotel & Spa. Despite 3 further emails I have been ghosted. I am pretty confident that this hotel ALSO doesn't actually have an active listing on their website. Communications has been dreadful and i'm hoping this honest and accurate review will prompt a booking at one of my desired hotels (not a second rate listing they wish to push) or a refund to my friends cc OR, I shall have to seek legal advice from Citizens advice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

“We booked Atholl palace through this company. for the company to email us stating that they were ceasing trading and going into liquidation and that they can no longer honour our booking that we paid in full for or give us a refund. However, this company is still taking bookings so to anyone who is thinking of using this company please stay away.”

“My booking has just been cancelled because apparently you have gone bankrupt and in to receivership ... if this is the case why are you still today emailing me offers and bookings !!!! something stinks about this .. also what is happening about my £389 voucher that you owe me ?????”
