“The luxury break voucher was a gift for my partner. Because of the pandemic, there were major delays in trying to book and the Offpeakluxury team were extremely helpful in securing the hotel booking for us. The phone and email service was responsive, prompt and efficient. I would have no reservations about using Offpeakluxury again.”

“I received a email Friday evening to inform me that my reservation for the following Monday and Tuesday had been cancelled by country hotel breaks due to operational issues. I’m totally furious as we had booked time off work so had to accept a 1 night stay in a different hotel and area for the same price we had for our 2 night stay”

We fully appreciate how disappointing this must have been, particularly as you had already arranged time off work and were looking forward to your stay. We sincerely regret the impact this had on your plans. At the time of cancellation, you were offered a full refund, which would have been processed back to your original payment method. We always aim to ensure customers are not left out of pocket in situations like this. We completely understand your decision to make alternative arrangements, although we are sorry that this did not match the 2 night stay as it was a different standard of hotel.
