“The luxury break voucher was a gift for my partner. Because of the pandemic, there were major delays in trying to book and the Offpeakluxury team were extremely helpful in securing the hotel booking for us. The phone and email service was responsive, prompt and efficient. I would have no reservations about using Offpeakluxury again.”

“I had to reschedule my booking as my daughter ended up in hospital. Off-peak could not have been more helpful, professional and kind. Don't always have that and at a difficult time it made things so much easier without having to worry about losing money for our much looked forward to family treat together. Thank you to Mary and Paula in particular. Marvellous ladies.”

“A focused team, able to tempt with new, exciting and well considered breaks in desireable loactions. The format and offering appealing to those of us whom are exceptionally busy, often can only dream of the 'local breaks' and offer the means to secure same with relative ease, clear communication and transaction. “I telephoned to make the booking and spoke to a very pleasant lady. She was informative and promised to ring me back the following day with the information I required. This she did and I was able to book without any problem. The confirmation emails were sent without delay.”

“The website was good, enabling views of different hotels, the rates and what was included. It was very easy to use and navigate round. I recieved an email advising I had made a request, the following day I recieved confirmation. The information provided gave me all the details I needed and also a printable page that was for a reciepient as a gift.”

“Whilst I had alternative choices for my booking, on this occasion I chose offpeak luxury for the first time because the details of what I was choosing were clesarly, concisely and fully laid out. Of course, the proof of the pudding etc. etc... so we wait to appreciate, with some anticipation, the quality of the company's reputation reflected in the services we receive at our 5 night destination and stay.”
