“We were most disapointed that when we tied to redeem the gift voucher the selected hotel on the voucher was no longer available. The website was not over easy if you wanted to select a particular named hotel. 'Room details on thewebsite were nothing of the sort - just flowery language about how good the accommodation was. What is needed are hard facts such as bed size, type of shower, room facilities etc. When we eventually dealy with the ecetion staff they were most charming and very helpful. Experience up till then a little frustrating.”

“Had a problem booking online, tried 3 times to pay, confirming on my bank app but when I went back and tried it disappeared & told me to confirm again, gave up & rang your company, spoke to Paula & she sorted the booking for me straight away, thankyou for a human to talk to, very rare nowadays! & so annoying to have to speak to a robot especially for us older generation. Thankyou Paula.”

“It is all very strange as your website appears to be the Old Swan Hotel's website so I thought I was dealing directly with them. It came comolete with the hotels own phone number as well! It therefore looked like a scam however, thankfully, the Old Swan was able to confirm the reservation was genuine. As all reviews are shown as 5 star I have scored it this way so that those reading it can be reassured.”

“Service was very good. The agent was very helpful with our booking, she listened to our request said they would contact the hotel and ring us back with the booking details. The agent rang back within the hour with the booking confirmation. Cannot fault the service at all.”

“Quick, easy and very straightforward to book. The value offered in the ‘Off Peak’ deal was excellent and could not be matched by the hotel directly. All aspects of the offer were delivered with no problems. Would be happy to use again.”

“We arrived at hotel to be told that we couldn’t be checked in & they would get the manager. We didn’t wait long but the manager said they were having trouble with your company) and you owed them a lot of money. However our stay had been paid for so we got checked in. The extras you detailed were not in our room ( wine and muffins) & I had to go back to reception to ask for them. Also when we went to check out the advertised discount on drinks had not been added & again I had to ask for this. The whole experience made us feel rather uncomfortable. The hotel was advertised as 4 star and I can see that in the past it was but it is now rather shabby”

“This review only covers the booking process as we haven't been to the hotel yet. We wanted to book a stay at the Charlecote Pheasant. It wasn't easy to find this offer but once found the process was easy and the booking of the hotel went ahead smoothly. I also received an update on the meal arrangements which was good post booking service.”
