“Called and spoke to Paula who was really helpful and courteous. Initially just to ask how the voucher worked and basically what was available to us. She explained it all and that made it easy for us to navigate the website and choose a hotel. Once we decided where we were going I called once more to make the booking and again got Paula who was so helpful and informative about the whole set up . All in all an easy pleasant experience.”

“I had a voucher present for first night.I tacked on an extra night and I thought I was getting a luxury Hotel.The charge of £197.00 None of the Hotel tariffs were anywhere near that. It was excessive and not what you would call Luxury . There would have been an Industry discount from the Hotel which was not passed on to me.It was ok but not what I call Luxury. I felt ripped off and contacted Customer Service who fobbed me off and did not want to know. I won’t be using them again and will make Frank.”
