“Excellent service. Had to cancel earlier booking due to illness. Used voucher to make new booking at different hotel. Quick and efficient customer service led to a successful outcome.”

“I am only talking about the booking service as I have not stayed in the hotel yet ! It took ages to book as I couldn’t find any explanation to Say you have to press VISA to use your one 4 all card- had to ring them for guidance . If you just chose voucher it refuses your card but there were no instructions I could find that says press Visa and enter the number like a credit card !”

To confirm, these cards need to be entered by selecting Visa at checkout and entering the card number as you would a standard payment card. “What a disappointment, 25.00 as a welcome voucher ! Small print spending 250.00 or above, not clear. On arrival the classic room was nothing like the one pictured, two pillows for two people no bed throw or cushion an outlook of dead foliage and garden rubbish plus car park! Luckily the hotel supported an upgrade immediately. The day before travelling Secret escapes had a better deal. The hotel is very travel lodge and I will not book with you again”
