“We always use off peak luxury to book our hotel for anniversary & birthday. We get a much better deal with extras & Bina is a star. She ang the hotel to check which room we could have and rang us to confirm it. Really good service & saves us a substantial amount.”

“Found the hotel that we wanted to stay in with our dog but needed to speak to someone as we had a voucher to spend but wanted to add an extra night. Mary, who I spoke to, could not have been more helpful. She took our details, contacted the hotel and came back with our confirmation within the hour.”
