“The luxury break voucher was a gift for my partner. Because of the pandemic, there were major delays in trying to book and the Offpeakluxury team were extremely helpful in securing the hotel booking for us. The phone and email service was responsive, prompt and efficient. I would have no reservations about using Offpeakluxury again.”

“First chatted online about couple of options of hotels with specific instructions for disabled access, the reply was prompt followed by email options of hotels in our search area. We chose one then rang to finalise. All very helpful and efficient as usual”

“The lady I spoke with about making my booking, was so very nice and welcoming. Possibly named Judy. I have a hearing disability and names are sometimes a struggle.She delt with my request, quickly and professionally. Contacted the hotel, and immediately called back to confirm.
