“I’ve booked a luxury break with my wife. I got asked to book a time for an evening meal in the restaurant but I’ve just found out they are fully booked so have to have a meal in the bar but would like to say the lady on the phone was very courteous and helpful very professional. Now after a few phone calls the girls in the office have managed to get me booked in. Offpeakluxry have been really helpful in trying to resolve the issue. I would strongly recommend using this company just because of there customer service and it feels like a company that actually care about you. Thanks”

Thank you for your feedback however this is very disappointing to read. When your booking was made our reservations team contacted the hotel and reserved you a table for dinner at 7:30 pm in the restaurant. We have since contacted the hotel and the matter has been escalated to the Restaurant and Operations Manager to establish if there is any possibility of accommodating you in the main restaurant. As soon as a response has been received we will be in touch. We do hope you have an enjoyable stay and must apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. Kind regards Offpeakluxury

“I called to check availability of an offer on your website. A charming lady was most helpful and called the hotel in question to confirm the dates and the offer were indeed available. She then called me back and took the booking over the phone. Superb customer service...”
