Dear Mr Groves, Thank you for your review, however we would like to point out that our member of staff informed you of the newpaper's incorrect pricing as soon as you mentioned the offer in which you were interested. Unfortunately, errors made by a 3rd party in regard to our offers are not something over which we have any control. Our member of staff informed you of the correct price and checked dates in which you were interested before calling you back to make your reservation so it is a shame that you have left such a negative review. “If you are interested in playing as advertised you will be disappointed! The hotel closed the courts some time ago... looking forward to our little trip despite a lack of tennis🍷”

“The offer I was looking at was available for a long time, not just for a few days or only for selected dates. Also great that in theory a cancellation would have been possible until 7 days before arrival. Luckily we didn't need to cancel, but good to have the option to cancel or change dates. All in all a very pleasant booking experience!”

“Arrived at this site accidentally while looking for the best price for a luxury hotel stay in Newquay Cornwall. What a piece of luck. Saved a considerable sum over other sites or by direct booking. Plus received a bottle of wine on arrival chilling in our room and complimentary dinner for 2 on the first night. Excellent deal. They also offered a complimentary room upgrade if the hotel had a room available but we did not need to take this up as our room was great anyway. Many thanks Offpeakluxury.”

“The booking process was easy and effortless compared to some sites I've been on where you have to search for a link to get a link to another link to get what you want. No headaches no frustration, no losing my rag. So simple I had time for two beers instead of none.”

“My requirement was to find a hotel for a short midweek stay (two nights) at a hotel which had facilities for disabled guests, (my wife suffers from arthritis). The two members of staff I dealt with could not have been more helpful and efficient. The booking has been made and I certainly plan to use Offpeakluxury on future occasions.”
