“The booking lady was very accommodating and extremely friendly and she was open late. She was able to offer us the dates that we had specified which was very much appreciated especially as this is a little break to help my wife recover from a serious and sudden illness.”

“I like it’s a website specialized in british hotels (not a generalist website where you can find everything/everywhere). I think is the right website to find something special, hotels full of atmosphere and character. The deals are very interesting and the website seems reliable.”

“I had concerns over the quality of rooms at the hotel room booked. Helena was very helpful and asked Gemma to make contact as she had actually stayed at The Mallory Court. I am still worried about the room but I the girls assured me my comments/preferences were passed on”

“Lovely hotel, lovely staff, glorious food, surrounded by gorgeous scenery, I would have given 5 stars but the only let down was the weak WiFi signal. Ordinarily this wouldn’t be an issue but we needed to be contactable. If peace is your desire this is the place for you.”
