“I was brought a voucher as a present intend on booking the Bodmin hotel which is advertised. However I was unable to do so and contacted the company who confirmed the hotel was on their website but unable to be booked (they were unsure whether it would be remaining with them). I was told I was not entitled to any refund but could extend the voucher at further cost!!!! I would alert anyone intending to use this company as they have misrepresented what is actually available on their website to book.”

We would like to clarify that the Bodmin Hotel has recently been under review with our accommodation team which temporarily affected its availability for booking. This wasn’t a case of misrepresentation as the hotel does remain one of our listed partners, but bookings can only be made once the hotel confirms availability on their side. Our team offered to extend your voucher to ensure you didn’t lose any value or opportunity to book, and we always aim to be as flexible as possible when a hotel is temporarily unavailable. “This is the first time I've used this website and was very impressed with the ease of use and the level of choice. We had been let down by the hotel we had booked 2 rooms for a 2 night stay in 1/2 term week so I was aprehensive about finding an alternative which was on budge,t however offpeakluxury came up with 3 options which all looked great. Looking forward to being pampered for a couple of days :o)”
