“I can select an area in which I would like to stay and my required dates and OPL brings up a selection of hotels of a suitable standard that are available and have a suitable package offering.”

“I spoke to 2 staff members on separate days. Both were extremely helpful. I originally called in response to a Daily Telegraph promotion, but as I wanted a 3 night stay, the first speaker (Gemma) suggested a direct booking with you might be easier. Itwas also slightly cheaper. After checking my dates, I called back the following day and confirmed the booking. I was very satisfied with the ease of booking, and look forward to our stay.”

“You checked if my disabled wife was wheelchair bound prior to booking as theer were a number of unaccessacble area within the hotel if she had been.”

“I had a problem with the making the payment for our booking so needed to call the office. My issue was dealt with very efficiently and resolved quickly. I think it was Kirsty who dealt with it and she could not have been more helpful and polite.”

“We booked a hotel through Offpeakluxury paying more than we would going directly to the hotel. We did this in order to gain certain extras, one of which was £50 worth of discount vouchers for massages. The hotel told us that we should book the massages at least a month in advance, so we never benefited from them.”
