“I have used Offpeakluxury several times in the past, always booked by ‘phone and found them to be efficient and offer a good service. However, on this occasion my wife tried to make the booking via your website and could not proceed very far as she was asked to provide a password. She found it frustrating that a booking could not be made without opening an account with password,(not necessary on other websites), gave up and booked by ‘phone.”

However, we apologise that on this occasion your wife was unable to make a booking online. We do not in fact require the customer to enter a password or create an account to make a booking.
