“The afternoon Tea was fantastic, Dinner was excellent and Breakfast was fabulous, The room was so comfortable and it was more luxurious than a previous stay... I think this plane is under rated”

“I have used Offpeakluxury several times in the past, always booked by ‘phone and found them to be efficient and offer a good service. However, on this occasion my wife tried to make the booking via your website and could not proceed very far as she was asked to provide a password. She found it frustrating that a booking could not be made without opening an account with password,(not necessary on other websites), gave up and booked by ‘phone.”

However, we apologise that on this occasion your wife was unable to make a booking online. We do not in fact require the customer to enter a password or create an account to make a booking. “I have booked with Off Peak before, easy to follow on website & always good service, booked yesterday morning & rang the hotel to reserve dinner when we go, they had already allocated our room to our requests, would definitely recommend them 100%”

“I spoke to 2 staff members on separate days. Both were extremely helpful. I originally called in response to a Daily Telegraph promotion, but as I wanted a 3 night stay, the first speaker (Gemma) suggested a direct booking with you might be easier. Itwas also slightly cheaper. After checking my dates, I called back the following day and confirmed the booking. I was very satisfied with the ease of booking, and look forward to our stay.”
