“Very pleasant and helpful operator dealt with my request promptly and although the hotel's booking Manager had been away over the weekend, Elaine telephoned me, as promised, on Monday morning, with the full details of my booking, and also relayed the upgrading of the two rooms I had booked, which the hotel had arranged without my requesting/ . The e mail confirmations also appeared quickly in my In -Box. I have used Booking.com before, and will certainly do so again.”

“Off Peak Luxury provide fabulous service in a friendly and helpful way. “Our experience thus far with Offpeakluxury has been very good. With them being able to offer a wide selection of venues at competitive prices we have been able to stay at some great locations and sample excellent food and service at each. The booking arrangements are simple to follow, as is the search facility on their website.”

“Used OPL before so had no concerns using them again. An email enquiry late Sunday morning was answered promptly and the short break booked immediately. They'd even kept a note on file that my wife had a dodgy knee and didn't like too many stairs. Well done booking team, especially Julie in this instance.”
