“I found Offpeakluxury almost by mistake in surfing the internet BUT they offered some fantastic hotel deals in places we wanted to go. We picked exactly the hotel we want and paid a price 30% cheaper than booking with the Hotel direct -excellent!!”

“Rang to explain delay in confirming booking. Rang again , on a bank holiday, to say booking on but payment needed by hotel for babe in arms (no such clause on website). You rang back to check if that remained the case and was child payment per stay or per night. Hotel waived the fee: good, as we were going to cancel if they didn't. Was told hotel had chamged hands and policies: if so; get that on your website asap!”

“I was booking a hotel for my mam and dad for my mams birthday and I email the off peak enquiries and got a quick and friendly response back. The lady on the email was so helpful and my mam was so pleased with her gift.”

“It's a very good deal . The only issue is that the quote is for a standard room which is not sea facing. I would suggest you negotiate for a better quality room or provide two alternatives. One for a standard room and the other for the upgrade to a better quality room We paid £95 pp for the upgrade . I am sure you can negotiate better terms Mervyn bradlow”

“I rang the phone line and Lucy answered I wanted a walk in shower for my husband and she insisted (quite rightly) that she should phone the hotel first before I booked to make sure there was a room available. We have booked a there was one available on an upgrade. GREAT !”

“I've booked hotel breaks with Offpeak luxury a number of times and have never had any problems with them or the properties I've booked. They offer a good selection of quality breaks and I've saved somewhere between 10 and 25% on the cost of booking directly.”
