“I needed to change my booking from a hotel in the Cotswolds to somewhere special but a little closer to home. I contacted off peak luxury expecting a difficult conversation however, Sophia was so helpful. She assisted me to refine my search and I found the right place for a party of four adults, one of whom is having a special birthday. This happened over the course of an entire afternoon with emails being exchanged between us. Sophia really went the extra mile to ensure that we booked the right place. She cared! I was blown away by her effort and her attitude. Thank you Sophia”

“I was delighted with the service I received when making a reservation for a hotel in the Cotswolds. Calling from the United States is always challenging because of the time difference.
