“I contacted Off Peak Luxury as we were looking to book a stay in Edinburgh for a family members 70th Birthday. I'd never used them before but from the start I was very impressed. The effort which Elaine put into meeting all of my needs and additional requirements was impressive and makes a refreshing change. Elaine kept me up to date after making a number of calls to the hotel to make sure the accommodation was right for us. Although we did not book the accommodation, I can certainly say that I would definitely use Off Peak Luxury again to book my next trip and recommend them to anyone looking for a that extra attention to detail as it makes such a difference when booking.
