“The agent was very friendly and efficient. As I wanted to upgrade a call was made to the hotel and I received a call back quite quickly. The price for the package seems good value with extras. Email received as soon as the hotel confirmed and this contained all I needed including simple directions.”

“Just to let you know that you delt briliantly with our request to have a twinroom In our chosen hotel ..you phoned the hotel on our behalf and phoned us back within Minutes to confirm our request had been delt with . Let's hope the hotel is as good as it sound and looks on the webside .thank you”

“I had been scouring the internet for a good deal for 2 nights including dinner and breakfast. No other deals included dinner on both nights. I had almost given up, but then offpeakluxury was the answer to my prayers. I had a choice of 3 hotels that were offering what I wanted, all within budget. It seems we got a great deal!”

“I found it reasonabley easy to use. Once I have created a selection, it would have saved time, if you could then filter the results. Say either highest rating or lowest cost”

“I am unable to tell yet - as I have only just booked the off peak break ( Grand Hotel, Eastbourne), but I am sure it will be very acceptable as I have often seen this Hotel. But I can give you more feedback, if you wish, after we return.”
