“I was so impressed by the customer service offered by Offpeakluxury. From the time of finding the hotel, sorting out the best deal for my family, and all the additional fripperies offered by our chosen hotel, Victoria in your office has been a delight to deal with. She made communication extremely easy and called me back immediately in answer to my questions. I would recommend Offpeakluxury to everyone, and will certainly use you again in the very near future.”

“I was trying to book 2 nights at the Grosvenor Hotel Chester and had a voucher for one night. I couldn't get the booking website to accept the the booking for two nights and phoned ypur contact number. The lady i spoke to, Elaine, was very very helpful although she experienced difficulty in using the website she said she would phone me back. this she did in good time and not only did she make my reservation but was most helpful with other advice. And all the time had a cheerful and professional manner. Well done Elaine”

“Plenty of choice lots of quality hotels even ones that we are familiar with and used before but the off peak luxury prices are substantially less then the previous prices we have paid with other leading hotel suppliers pleasure and easy to book to .”
