“The booking was for a party of 10, some with mobility needs. I spoke to several people in Offpeakluxury during the booking process, all were helpful and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in using Offpeakluxury again nor in recommending them to my friends.”

“Hastily posted a review a few days ago where I mentioned an additional fee was payable on top of my voucher.Offpeak were very quick to respond and have reimbursed me.That is excellent customer service and I should have waited before posting.5 stars from me and thank you very much”

“I looked at this break having seen it on Facebook. It seemed good value for money, nice that it was more or less fully inclusive. Nice location. We've been to Scotlan many times, but mainly on the west coast, so this gives an opportunity to visit places like Scone for its history. The only criticism is that none of the sample menu's worked. I was interested to see what meals would be offered as part of our stay”

“I found an amazing array of luxury options. I was able to easily and quickly boom my stay. On receipt of my booking confirmation I noticed I had booked the wrong date and was very quickly and easily able to rectify this. Very happy.”

“The website is easy to navigate, and I like OPL because you can see exactly what package is being offered at each hotel, and each level of room. I must admit they were a bit reluctant to refund my booking last year when the hotel was closed due to covid - I got it eventually but it was a bit slow. Generally I have been very happy with my bookings through OPL and would not hesitate to use them again, and recommend them to others.”
