“Good value for money”

“We were bought a voucher and had the hotel booked pre Covid but it was cancelled.OPL extended the voucher so we wouldn’t lose it ,so that was good.Weve rebooked the exact same deal for later this year and had to pay extra.I understand prices change but there was no explanation anywhere which would be useful and may put some off if they see what they consider to be an extra charge.Would have been top marks but for this”

“A good valued site, some good deals. Due to COVID had to cancel so was give a voucher, able to reuse for a similar weekend but cost me £30 more which was a shame.”

“Contacted via phone to raise a question regarding making a booking using a voucher. Both of the ladies I spoke to were extremely helpful and all information provided as promised. Couldn't ask for better service.”

“Could not log on online but someone took my booking over the phone which was fine except I didn't receive confirmation of booking as was told, but generally a good experience.”

“Had to contact re booking. To telephone I had to use an 0333 for which I was charged. I could see no other way of contacting. This is annoying as I have a plan with BT to make 24/7 calls with a fixed pre-payment.”
