Hi Kay Thank you for your four star review - we're really pleased that you enjoyed using the website. It's very unusual that you were unable to get through to someone on the phone - we pride ourselves on our customer service. However, we have been exceptionally busy recently, so I can only apologise on this occasion. We trust you have an enjoyable stay. All the best, Offpeakluxury

“I went on to the hotel site first but they did not offer the price and deal that Offpeakluxury offered. They offered cheaper price and extras for free. Very happy with my deal for the Atholl Palace Pitlochry.”
