“The website booking system was easy to follow and the information about the hotels offered was detailed. Conversations about the booking process were professional approached by staff on the telephone. Julie was particularly helpful in following up a query on confirmation of the booking.”

“I clicked on a 'BookNow' link on Raithwaite Hall £99 per room post lockdown offer for three nights. It was not until after I accepted the deal that I realised I had actually been charged £695 !!!! Massively overcharged. I then contacted your company by email buy have not, as yet, received any response.”

“I don't usually do reviews but had to make an exception. What a find this company is. My new go to for luxury hotels. I booked two short breaks for myself and my daughter. My daughter panicked as she booked the wrong dates. It was all sorted out with one phone call and the lady we spoke to was so lovely and helpful. My daughter got to take her break and it was all she hoped for and more. She was amazed at what they got for the price. Unfortunately Covid stopped my break. As soon as it was announced I was phoned by a member of staff and offered a full refund. I was so impressed with this company that I declined the refund and instead said I would rebook as soon as I am able to as I have been so impressed with them. Absolutely Top Notch!”

“Very efficient. . Confirmation was through immediately. Have used them before and booked Grosvenor Hotel Chester and it was excellent And now just booked the Lygon Arms and very much looking forward to our stay there.”

“I booked a short holiday through Offpeakluxury to take my mum away for a special break. The holiday offer sounded fantastic so I decided to lengthen our stay by two nights. Elaine at Offpeakluxury couldn't have been more helpful. She sorted everything out for us with no fuss and we were lucky to be able to book the extra nights We are looking forward to a really special holiday now !!!”
