“I had a problem with the booking website with regard the payment however I called off peak and the extremely efficient and charming Caroline sorted everything out, also checked out an additional possible stay. Very happy with the service.”

“OPL were very efficient, took my details of requested booking and said they would confirm if the hotel Lindeth Howe could honour the dates we wished to go. Within 12hrs they confirmed our booking after speaking to the hotel and sent us confirmation email with our booking details on. Happy with the quick response.”

“The representative of your company was pleasant and extremely helpful. I felt that she went the extra mile, telling me about the presentation pack which I could download and send to my son and his wife when I handed over the details of this mini break in the Lake District.
