“Good choice of hotels and various options. Could not find a way of searching anywhere by date rather than area, but maybe I missed something. This would have been helpful as a lot of places have limited availability.”

“Could not log on online but someone took my booking over the phone which was fine except I didn't receive confirmation of booking as was told, but generally a good experience.”

“Had to contact re booking. To telephone I had to use an 0333 for which I was charged. I could see no other way of contacting. This is annoying as I have a plan with BT to make 24/7 calls with a fixed pre-payment.”

“OPL were very efficient, took my details of requested booking and said they would confirm if the hotel Lindeth Howe could honour the dates we wished to go. Within 12hrs they confirmed our booking after speaking to the hotel and sent us confirmation email with our booking details on. Happy with the quick response.”
