“Contacted both offpeakluxury and the hotel direct. offpeakluxury had the better offer, were very knowledgeable about the offer and hotel. They responded to all email and telephone queries very promptly.”

“Very easy website (although the address bar didn't automatically find the address from my postcode - note to Offpeakluxury to fix) but in particular the follow up emails after the booking was made were most helpful.”

“From the moment my call was answered by Sophia, I received a very friendly and excellent service. Sophia took note of my request and called me back very promptly with a fantastic package that was even better than I had hoped for! My booking was confirmed by email very quickly too. Can’t recommend Off Peak Luxury enough, excellent deals and service”

“Had a problem logging in and sent an email. Received a phone call within minutes to assist with a booking I was trying to make. Very friendly and efficient service from Julie, who arranged the booking and confirmation by telephone. Always a great selection of hotels and locations to choose from.”

“I was a bit disappointed to see the hotels website had a room plus breakfast at a better rate . Even taking off the £60 meal credit and cost of two drinks it was still slightly cheaper. So not such a special deal after all.”

We do price check all the offers we have with the hotels in our portfolio, and offer a Price Match Guarantee.
