“I was a bit disappointed to see the hotels website had a room plus breakfast at a better rate . Even taking off the £60 meal credit and cost of two drinks it was still slightly cheaper. So not such a special deal after all.”

We do price check all the offers we have with the hotels in our portfolio, and offer a Price Match Guarantee. “We had a wonderful 3 night stay in a beautiful spa hotel at a very reasonable rate. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were excellent. There were lots of extras included in the package. My only criticism is the hotel was not fully aware of all the extras we had been offered and we had to ask and show our confirmation email to confirm what he had paid for.”
