“We had a wonderful 3 night stay in a beautiful spa hotel at a very reasonable rate. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were excellent. There were lots of extras included in the package. My only criticism is the hotel was not fully aware of all the extras we had been offered and we had to ask and show our confirmation email to confirm what he had paid for.”

Dear Mr Stewart, Thank you for your review of Offpeakluxury. I have looked at the booking notes as we do not charge customers £100 in order to change the date of a reservation. I can see that we postponed your stay on the first occasion free of charge; on the second occasion, as we were within 7 days of arrival there was a charge of £17.50. I'm pleased to see that we were able to assist with changing your dates twice in order to fit in with both the surprise from your family and latterly your operation. “The customer service was fantastic. Polite, professional and any Queries were dealt with either straightaway or a call back within minutes.
