“I started with chatting with your adviser online and my questions were answered quickly and clearly. The lady I was talking with called the hotel to see if we could have twin beds and then called me back very quickly. The service was very friendly and efficient and our booking was made and confirmed very speedily”

“I was really happy with the offers and the ease of use of the site. After booking I contact you about further details of my booking Jemma responded very quickly and efficiently and I was very pleased with how she dealt with my query. The website isn't as attractive as it could be the colours are a bit dated and it doesn't have a luxury feel to it. I thought it wasn't as slick as it could be and that made me question the legitimacy of the company. I googled reviews to check it wasn't a scam website.”
