“I was so very happy with the service your Staff provided me - in particular, Paula, from Lancashire and another Associate from West Yorkshire. They went above and beyond to resolve a few hiccups with my booking from the United States. They were absolutely charming and very professional. They are an asset to the Company and I will certainly be using OffPeakLuxury in the future. I would appreciate it if you would convey my appreciation for all they did for me. My sincere thanks and kindest regards, Madeleine Linning”

“Was looking to book a weekend in the Lake District and had a few particular requests. Phoned the customer service line and Mary was extremely helpful; contacting the hotel for me and ensuring we got what we wanted/needed. She couldn't have been more helpful, I would certainly use OPL again.”
