“I had had to cancel a previous booking due to Covid so it was very easy to book the same hotel again using the voucher I had received. Very efficient. Has offpeak luxury replaced Cotswold hotel breaks. ? Mr John Aston Parker”

“First time using this site. I was looking for a luxury spa stay for our 20th wedding anniversary. I found the perfect stay inc Prosecco dinner and breakfast as well as a 45 treatment!! Very good value, we are looking forward to the stay in February 23.”

“The lady on the phone who I booked with was extremely helpful and contacted the hotel to find out whether there was a walk in shower - there was not but the hotel will supply a non slip mat in the bath. We are going on a deal break and just want to point out that we have not been on the break yet so this is all about the booking process. Everything in the booking was made clear and could not ask for better. Great to get some excellent service which seems to be coming a rarity these days.”

“This is the first time I have used Offpeakluxury to book a hotel overnight and I was very impressed with the booking experience I experienced. The agent I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful, and it was "like a breath of fresh air" to get through without having to listen to music while in a queue.”

“Not enough photos of rooms and facilities. One picture of the bed isn’t enough pictures of a hotel room, multiple angles are needed and bathrooms need to be shown”

“Our stay at Storrs Hall Hotel has been truly wonderful from the moment we arrived to leaving. Everyone from the house keepers to the restaurant and reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. One of the things that really stood out for us was the cleanliness of the entire hotel.
