“Very good on telephone to reception. Very knowable about hotel rooms. But we think your spar treatments need up dating on prices and what items are there and are not anymore.we have booked treatments hope to have an excellent stay at your hotel as we travel extensively. Thankyou. John M.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service. I’ve used this company to book many hotel breaks. When compared to the hotels direct booking price Offpeakluxury are always cheaper and offer better deals. Highly recommend the gift vouchers. They make an amazing gift.”

“Our stay at Storrs Hall Hotel has been truly wonderful from the moment we arrived to leaving. Everyone from the house keepers to the restaurant and reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. One of the things that really stood out for us was the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Thank you to all staff at Storrs Hall for making our stay so special and we look forward to staying with you again in the future.”

“This is my favourite holiday web site! Easy to navigate, well constructed, can search via location or specific interest (eg family friendly). Photos of rooms work well, packages are usually good. Booking is quick slick and easy (and saves the irritation of not getting a response when you try to ring the hotel Only tiny irritation is that if you change your search the dates seem to default back to to days date- but not a big problem in the scheme of things”

“Excellent deal, very good communication (my confirmation email did not arrive so a real live person rang to check my details and check!) and a decent price - better than we could have got booking direct with the hotel. Excellent experience.”

“Initially excellent response to enquiry. Speedy response and clarification. Showed price at 208. When pressed book button showed as 198. I assumed this was 208 minus mentioned 10 for single occupancy. When I put order through charged Me the 208”
