“Finding a hotel and booking was easy. However the next day I was contacted by Offpeak to tell me there was. Mistake and the hotel was full. I was understandably put out. Victoria from Offpeak was helpful in finding an alternative but I had to go through the review procedure again to find a suitable hotel for the second time.”

Overbooking mistakes are extremely rare. We understand that the hotel sold their last room shortly before your reservation was made on our system and therefore the room was not removed from our availability in time. We are very sorry about this, however, unfortunately it is something that is out of our control. We are pleased that we have been able to find a suitable alternative and that you felt Victoria was helpful in resolving the matter. We do hope you enjoy your stay and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“Excellent attention by all staff involved. Questions answered straight away but if detail to be confirmed promise to return call always honoured. I had the help of Kym in booking this celebratory weekend ( our 56th wedding anniversary and my 78th birthday ) . Her whole attitude and approach in meeting our requirements was outstanding and very professional, a real credit to the Company that is”

“This is the first time I have used this company - indeed I found it by accident. To date my experience has been good. Staff helpful and web site easy to use. OPL offered better value for money than booking with the hotel direct - the hotel would not match the price.”

“Hi, I only came across your websites by accident but was impressed by what you had to offer didn't book on line but gave a phone call. What a wonderful surprise none of this press 1 for this or 2 for that. A lovely lady came on the phone her name was Helene at least that's how I think you spell it, she asked 2 or 3 questions about our requirements and we were happy with the options that we could have. We made a booking at the Angel @ Bury St. Sdmunds to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary. If your company operates an employee of the month I would recommend her as that person. Yours Dawn & Phil Wood”
